It’s difficult to understand this Rare Disease when you are told to Stay Warm. What does Stay Warm really mean? Most Physicians don’t understand how difficult it is to live with Cryo when the air we breathe and the temperature of our daily environment affects how we feel. Does Staying Warm mean that I should wear a hat and coat? I’m confused! I’m told there are treatments for Cryo but how do we know which ones to start with? I know there isn’t a cure for Cryo but will it ever go into remission? Will I be able to live a normal life again?
